A FULL-TIME NURSE

iContact’s in-house nurse consults with an average of 220 patients a month. All iContact staff members make their own appointments and all medical information is strictly confidential.

FREE LICENSED DISPENSARY

Provides lifesaving medications, including chronic medications to control blood pressure etc.

COUNSELLING & 24 HOUR CALL CENTRE

iContact staff have access to their choice of telephonic or face-to-face counselling offering professional support on personal matters relating to; Legal Aid, Stress- Management, Financial Advice, HIV/AIDS Therapy, Addiction Counselling, Family Matters & Trauma Counselling. There is also disability awareness and HIV training for all staff. Plus, any assistance with hospital admissions, when necessary.

FOCUSED WELLNESS DAYS

These well-attended days include voluntary blood drives, free glucose, blood pressure and cholesterol testing, BMI, HIV/Aids Testing and quarterly Sieff Eye Testing. Other significant offerings include Flu Vaccines and Level 1&2 First Aid Training, as well as fire-fighting courses.

NEWS & UPDATES

A monthly newsletter is distributed to all iContact staff members informing them of any upcoming in-house initiatives, and includes relevant health-related reading material.
